Exotic Pets - Amphibian, Reptile and Invert UK exotic pet shop
I ordered worms and axolotl pellets from them on the 23rd January in a last ditch attempt to save my dying axolotl......
I got the following message:
'We aim to dispatch all goods within 1-5 working days from receipt of your order, but please allow 10 working days for this to be processed'
So I was hoping to receive the order within the week, but aware that it might take 2 weeks. I then noticed this message:
*** We aim dispatch this order before: Monday 6th February 2012 ***
It is now the 15th February, my order has not even been dispatched, I have left several emails, several answering machine messages and heard nothing. My axolotl has since died and I'm now out of the country for two weeks so if the worms do ever arrive they will die.
The most appalling service I have ever experienced.
I just thought I'd warn you so that no one else has to deal with these incompetent people.
